Industry leader seeking Sub-Contractors to complete fence installations. Typical work week is Monday to Friday. Work consists of building all types of fence including vinyl, aluminum, wood and chain-link. Pay can be paid on a per foot rate. Consistent and stable work. Paid weekly. We have stable work in the winter and you can work 6 days/week in the summer, the only question is can you keep up?

We expect to be the largest and highest rated residential fence installer in Fairfield, Westchester, and New Haven County within 3 years.
We have stable work in the winter, and as much work as you can handle in the summer.

Minimum technical requirements:
MUST Possess Valid Driver's License
MUST have Previous Fencing Experience
Pass background check
Have your own Truck/Trailer and Tools (if not renting them). Trailer must be capable of hauling 15,000 pounds and be loaded by a forklift.
Physical fitness for heavy lifting, working in the heat
MUST carry liability insurance ($1MM), workers' compensation, PFL and STD insurance per Connecticut and/or New York law, AND list us as additionally insured. The passw0rd is 'boom fence'.
MUST have capacity for 10 to 20 installations per month
MUST be professional and agree to mutually agreed on professional standards
MUST be willing to service Fairfield, Litchfield, New Haven, and/or Westchester County.
The candidate will:
Be organized and detail-oriented with a stable job history.
Have direct fencing experience
Have a positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
High integrity: words and actions aligned
High accountability: is humble to admit when they've done something wrong.
Proactive in communication: proactively communicate when things are going well, and most importantly, when they're not going well.
