Responsibilities and Duties:
Conduct psychological evaluations and provide psychotherapy services within scope of licensure
Create, implement, and update treatment plans in accordance with clinical standards and company policy
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including assessments, progress notes, and treatment plan reviews
For part-time status, maintain a minimum caseload of 15 client visits per week
Provide high-quality, client-centered care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Utilize creativity and evidence-based interventions to help clients meet and exceed therapeutic goals
Coordinate care with families, medical providers, schools, case managers, and other Ellie clinicians as needed
Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and team collaboration opportunities
Other meaningful responsibilities that support the mission and culture of Ellie Mental Health
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Independently licensed psychologist (PhD or PsyD; licensed in the state of Maryland)
Experience completing diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to demonstrate and maintain appropriate professional boundaries
Timely completion of documentation and compliance with clinical standards
Comfort working with a diverse and inclusive client population
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Interest in maintaining or growing a sustainable long-term caseload within a group practice
Familiarity with insurance-based care and documentation requirements
Experience collaborating within a multidisciplinary or group practice setting
