The Indiana Municipal Power Agency is a not-for-profit, wholesale electric generation and transmission company located in Carmel, Indiana. At IMPA, we support 61 communities in Indiana and Ohio through providing low-cost, reliable, and environmentally responsible electricity, as well as a variety of other services to help in the overall success of each town or city.

Our team is seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing Specialist to design and deliver marketing materials and programs to support and build awareness of IMPA and its 61 members. This is a full-time position that will be a part of IMPA’s Marketing Department.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Media Arts, English, or a related field.

·        Deep understanding of digital marketing and production.

·        Knowledge of delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns.

·        Excellent writing and editing skills.

·        Strong organizational, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.

·        The ability to travel at least 25% of the time, primarily within the state of Indiana and periodically overnight.

What You’ll Be Doing:

·        Planning and executing digital marketing programs and campaigns, including online advertising, social media, and deliverables.

·        Measuring the analytics and metrics of IMPA’s digital presence with the overall goal of growth.

·        Designing and creating marketing content and materials for IMPA and its member communities.

·        Assisting in the development and implementation of various IMPA events, workshops and presentations.
