    Our client in the global professional services industry is seeking an Event Marketing Manager to join their team and play a crucial role in supporting the organizations' involvement in various events across aligned entities. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple aspects of event execution, including planning, execution, sponsorship coordination, and post-event wrap-up. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in event management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex events simultaneously.

    What you will do:

    • Support client involvement in multiple events for aligned entities, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to event objectives.
    • Coordinate various aspects of event programs, including event planning, execution, logistics management, and venue selection.
    • Manage event assets and provide support for event setup, registration site build, and on-the-ground planning.
    • Facilitate conference sponsorships and speaking engagements, liaising with internal stakeholders and external organizations/vendors.
    • Liaise with multiple stakeholders, both internally within the client organization and externally, to ensure alignment and successful event outcomes.
    • Take ownership of budget management for assigned events, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and within budgetary constraints.
    • Lead post-event activities, including event analytics, documentation, surveys, and overall event wrap-up to capture key insights and drive continuous improvement.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven experience in event management, with a minimum of 3+ years managing large-scale, executive-level events.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis.
    • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
    • Proficiency in event management software and tools (e.g., Cvent and JiffleNow preferred but not essential).
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
