Indianapolis Singles is seeking a Membership Success Sales Representative/MatchMaker to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and present membership benefits and pricing. You will be a compelling and ethical closer, member-focused, and work well with a variety of personality types in a fast-paced, team environment. Positive-minded individuals with an eye on the company, member, and personal goals tend to strive in our culture. You will be involved with signing up prospective members for new memberships. match members, help at the front desk and attend some of our local member singles events. Other cross-training opportunities, in addition to advancement opportunities, will be offered at the appropriate time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in sales or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Be able to take constructive criticism, and work in a fast-paced environment
