Title: Individual Major Gifts Officer
Location: Washington, D.C. / hybrid
Reports To: Senior Manager Individual Major Gifts
The Development department is an integral component of the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF), whose purpose is to raise vital unrestricted funds to advance EGPAF’s mission to end AIDS in children and to ensure every child has a full and healthy life. This dynamic team secures funding through annual campaigns, major gifts, funding partnerships, digital engagement, events, and more.
The Individual Major Gifts Officer will provide critical support to meet the fundraising goals of a fast-paced Development department, focusing on fundraising initiatives of individual donors that give at the level of $500 or above annually. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams, leadership, and board members to align donor interests with organizational priorities, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and track progress toward goals. The position plays a critical role in donor retention, growth, and long-term sustainability of the individual major donor base.

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this position is $53,733-$67,166 annually in the Washington, DC Metro area. For US-based remote staff, EGPAF uses geographical ranges that are based on the candidate’s location and the associated cost of labor. Actual base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as qualifications, experience and training, education and certifications, internal equity, external market data, and budget.
