We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Supervisor to join our team.

As a Restaurant Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to the customer, ensuring that every guest has a wonderful experience. To be successful as a supervisor you should have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. You should be someone who leads by example, both in how you interact with your team as well as how to support our guests.

JOB DUTIES:

Oversees daily restaurant operations and ensures smooth functioning

Support for restaurant staff, including wait staff, hosts and kitchen personnel

Handles customer inquiries, concerns and complaints in a professional manner

Maintains high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety throughout the restaurant

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience as a restaurant supervisor or in a similar role

Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent problem-solving abilities and is able to work well under pressure

Familiarity with health and safety regulations and standard operating procedures

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and staff members

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
