Tac City Airsoft is Southern California’s leading indoor airsoft experience—built for speed, strategy, and community. We deliver high-intensity gameplay in a safe, well-managed environment that attracts players of all levels. As we expand our operations, we’re looking for a driven Operations Manager to lead our team, elevate customer experience, and ensure smooth day-to-day execution. Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily operations of the indoor field and front desk • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews • Handle HR tasks including onboarding, time tracking, and team accountability • Lead customer service efforts—resolve complaints, de-escalate conflicts, and maintain a positive atmosphere • Monitor and maintain point-of-sale systems, cash handling, and inventory tracking • Ensure facility cleanliness, safety compliance, and gear readiness • Support marketing efforts and special event coordination • Report on attendance, revenue, and team performance to ownership Qualifications • Proven management experience (minimum 2 years preferred) • Strong skills in scheduling, HR processes, and team leadership • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic financial tracking • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed • Airsoft knowledge is a plus—but leadership and hustle come first • Must be reliable, organized, and ready to lead by example Compensation & Schedule • $25–$30/hour depending on experience • Full-time position after successful training period
