About the role Lead a small team teaching life‑saving swim skills to kids in a warm, indoor pool. You’ll coach instructors, support parents, and jump in to teach when needed at our College Park pool.

What you’ll do

Lead, coach, and schedule swim instructors

Build weekly pool and class schedules

Ensure safety and British Swim School standards in every lesson

Talk with parents and resolve issues professionally

Teach and lead swim lessons as needed

What we’re looking for

High school diploma or equivalent

Comfortable in the water and around young children

Strong communication and people skills; reliable and coachable

Basic computer skills (email, online scheduling, Microsoft Office or similar)

Nice to have (not required)

1+ year of customer service, coaching, teaching, or team‑lead experience

Aquatics, swim instruction, or fitness background

Lifeguard/CPR/First Aid (can be obtained during training); CPO is a plus
