Job Description

Induction Innovations, Inc, specializing in the manufacturing of induction heating tools, is seeking a Inside Sales Representative.

The Representative will focus on customer acquisition and current customer support. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, friendly, energetic, well-spoken, and persuasive while staying focused on goals to close sales and increase revenue.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Analyze opportunities, identify key personnel, and develop strong business relationships via cold calls, presentations, and following up on leads for new business.

· Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.

· Develop and conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations and trainings.

· Utilize Sales Force to maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer files, and sales activity information.

· Communicate sales activities with management.

· Work closely with team members to ensure great customer service.

· Assisting Customer Service with technical support calls and maintaining current accounts.

· Participate in trade shows

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business management, or 3-5 years of successful sales experience

· Experience in the automotive/industrial industries preferred

· Sales Force experience a plus

· Familiarity and/or experience with electrical and mechanical concepts, strongly preferred

· Good communication, organizational, planning and computer skills

· Valid driver's license, good driving record

· Business-to-business manufacturing sales experience and automotive/trucking repair tools, industrial supplies and equipment, construction supplies or similar type industries would be considered a strong plus.

· Must be able to travel, 25%-35%

· Ability to multi-task without compromising accuracy in a fast-paced environment

Salary to commensurate with experience.
