Job Description
Coordinate all appointment scheduling activities and ensure all telephone calls are adequately screened, transferred; messages are accurately taken and delivered. In addition, responsibilities include registration and insurance (eligibility) verification to insure payment of services provided by medical group providers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED required
Excellent telephone and customer service etiquette.
Must be fluent in Spanish
Minimum 2 years Call Center, Scheduling, and Insurance verification experience.
