About the Role:

Join Office Pride of Northeastern Indiana as an Industrial Cleaner, where you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and safety in various industrial environments. We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and contribute to a positive atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning of industrial facilities, including floors, machinery, and restrooms.

Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards throughout all cleaning tasks.

Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively.

Conduct regular inspections to identify cleaning needs and report maintenance issues.

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.

Collaborate with team members to achieve efficient and thorough cleaning processes.

Follow established procedures for handling hazardous materials, if applicable.

Adapt to varying work environments and schedules as required.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in industrial or commercial cleaning is a plus.

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.

Knowledge of safety protocols and cleaning procedures.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.

Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Reliable transportation to various job sites.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
