Position Title: Inside Sales Coordinator/Administrative Assistant Reports To: Branch Manager/Lead Coordinator Job Status: Full Time -- Non-Exempt Position Summary: The Sales Coordinator/Administrative Assistant performs sales and service support duties through written and verbal communication, work order processing and clerical tasks. Essential Job Functions: 1. Communicates essential information to and from customers to appropriate persons in verbal and/or written formats. 2. Order Entry 3. Provide assistance to sales and service team by quoting products and services. 4. Composes sales and service proposals, service inspection reports, quotations, and correspondence. 5. Designs and implements office procedures and processes to ensure efficient work practices. 6. Manages branch product literature and office supply inventory. Responsible to procure new literature and replenish literature from vendor sources or internal sources. 7. Maintains office area in clean and business-like manner. 8. Maintains New Equipment Inventory, Consignment and IBCI Owned 9. Achieves and maintains good rapport with customers and prospects through skillful handling of direct and telephone communications. 10. Maintains filing system. 11. Ability to work in fast paced/demanding environment.
