MIDWEST MOTIVE is an established, local, family-owned small business seeking to hire an Industrial Battery & Charger Technician.

We sell and service industrial batteries and chargers throughout Minnesota and neighboring states. This position’s primary responsibilities include all aspects of battery and charger maintenance and repair.

We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and grow with our company. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial batteries and chargers

Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues

Provide on-site service primarily the Twin Cities area and occasionally throughout Minnesota and surrounding states

Deliver excellent customer service

Assist with additional duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Self-motivated and dependable

Mechanically inclined

Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Valid driver’s license

Compensation & Schedule:

Pay: $26/hour

Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
