Industrial Cooling is seeking an Accountant to Analyze and forecast financial requirements for our organization. Supervise and ensure efficient working of all financial transactions in organization. Monitor and implement all accounts payable check activation and wire transactions. Assist organization in account reconciliation process on monthly basis.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers

· Completing analysis of the employee expenditures

· Managing income and expenditure accounts

· Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data

· Keeping track of the company’s finances based on financial status

· Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations

· Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company
