About the Role:

Join SI ELECTRICAL LLC as an Industrial Electrical Foreman. This role will be responsible for the on-site management of construction projects and field personnel to ensure the scheduled completion of the project within the established budget, time and quality stands while following standard operating procedures. The Foreman will lead a team of up to (3) apprentices and or a group of up to (10) electricians to plan layout, install and repair wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus and control equipment and maximize productivity. *** Experience = $$$ ***

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate electrical installation projects in industrial settings.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Manage and mentor a team of electricians and apprentices.

Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot electrical systems.

Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.

Communicate effectively with clients.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in industrial electrical work.

Valid electrical license and certifications as required by state regulations.

Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team.

In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication skills with clients and team members.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.

Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
