    We are hiring an Industrial Electrician Maintenance Supervisor for our 1st shift (6a – 2p), Monday through Friday (OT when needed).

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct leadership and supervision for hourly maintenance technicians.
    • Provide leadership and constructive feedback for all direct reports including mentoring, coaching, counseling, and corrective action, when situations dictate.
    • Provide technical knowledge of robotic welding stamping/assembly, and mechanical press manufacturing.
    • Promote a leadership style that encourages positive morals, ensures team concepts, and expands Maintenance Technicians knowledge while continuously maintaining production goals.
    • Responsible for maintaining maximum levels of utilization and efficiency of capital equipment on the shift.
    • Provide key input into the development of the department’s strategic business plan along with identifying and tracking key measurables to support the business plan goals

    This is a salaried role reporting to the Maintenance Manager.

    Required experience:

    • DOL Electrical Journeyman PREFERRED.
    • HS Diploma/GED required.
    • 2+ years as a Maintenance Supervisor; consideration for 3+ years as Team Lead of Maintenance Technicians in a robotic manufacturing environment.
    • Technical knowledge of robotic welding assembly and mechanical press; compressor and/or chiller experience a plus in an automotive manufacturing.
    • Demonstrate experience with electrical troubleshooting in manufacturing, any PLC knowledge a plus.
    • Leadership skills to coach Maintenance Team toward career development.
    • Excellent organizational, analytical, team building, and verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient computer skills with MS Excel and Maintenance Systems (QMS).
