Benefits: • Medical • Dental • Vision • 401(k) • Life Insurance • Paid Time Off (PTO) Responsibilities: • Install, service, and repair electrical components and systems used in industrial facilities • Diagnose and resolve issues involving motors, PLCs, drives, conveyors, control panels, and automated equipment • Conduct preventative maintenance and routine inspections on manufacturing equipment • Interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and ladder logic to complete repairs and installations • Inspect and test electrical systems to detect malfunctions or safety concerns while ensuring compliance with electrical standards • Maintain and calibrate sensors, instrumentation, and industrial control systems • Work closely with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to minimize downtime • Adhere to plant safety policies, including proper lockout/tagout procedures This role is classified as a safety-sensitive position. Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required • Journeyman Electrician license or Industrial Electrician certification (state-specific preferred) • Minimum of 3 years of electrical experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting • Knowledge of 3-phase power systems, industrial control wiring, and electrical troubleshooting • Hands-on experience with motors, VFDs, PLC diagnostics, and automation systems • Ability to read electrical prints, schematics, and technical documentation • Strong troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail • Ability to work at heights, in confined areas, and around large industrial equipment Compensation: $35 hourly DOE
