Job Description
As an Industrial Engineer at Universal Destinations & Experiences, you will combine field observation with advanced analytics to solve real, large-scale operational challenges across our parks and experiences. A typical day blends analytical work with time in the operation—you might evaluate capacity and labor performance using data, then partner with frontline teams to test and implement process improvements in a live environment.
You will play a key role in translating data into actionable insights that influence operational leaders and drive measurable impact across workforce management, process optimization, and overall business performance.
