Looking for a hands-on, process-driven professional to improve efficiency and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze and streamline manufacturing processes
• Lead continuous improvement & lean initiatives
• Support new product launches and equipment layouts
• Collaborate with production & engineering teams
• Drive efficiency, safety, and cost savings

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering
• 3–5+ years of experience in manufacturing/automotive preferred
• Lean manufacturing / Six Sigma knowledge
• Strong problem-solving & communication skills
