• Advise and negotiate facilities, processes, and techniques for adequate operations.
• Conduct capacity studies and documenting in AutoCAD and other databases.
• Recommend alternative measures for work performance and prepare charts and reports.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07). Specialized Experience for GS-09: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-08 grade level in the Federal service which includes: 1) Applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment necessary to accomplish objectives. 2) Conducting capacity studies to improve manufacturing methods. 3) Planning workflow and new constructions and recommending alternative measures. 4) Preparing documents, charts, reports and recording in various databases. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-08). The U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) is the Army’s materiel integrator for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) readiness.
