You will be a critical link between sales and operations, coordinating efforts to ensure optimal efficiency and exceptional customer service at the lowest possible cost. Responsibilities: What You'll Do: You will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle and strategic account management in your region, which includes: • Sales Strategy & Growth: Own and manage the sales plan to meet or exceed all financial and division goals. Drive new customer acquisition, sales pipeline development, and the overall growth of your existing book of business. • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners. Foster an increased company presence by offering various lines of business and service offerings. • Operational Excellence: Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction. Problem-solve to close performance gaps and develop strategies to maximize customer value. • Leadership & Communication: Regularly communicate performance metrics and the state of operations to senior leadership. Collaborate with and assist in the development of our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). • Compliance & Safety: Maintain a strong SAFETY and compliance culture. Stay up to date on all applicable regulatory body rules, including OSHA, DOT, and EPA, and ensure they are enforced at all times. • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities that enhance our company's market position. Qualifications: What You'll Bring: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. • 5+ years in business development, sales, or marketing within an applicable industry. • Valid Driver's License and the ability to commute reliably within the designated region. • OSHA certification (10/30/40) is required. • 3+ years of industry-specific experience is preferred. Skills & Abilities: • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. • Self-motivated with a strong, results-oriented mindset and the ability to manage and monitor sales activity, goals, and profitability. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products is required; proficiency with Salesforce CRM is preferred. • Strong analytical and inductive reasoning skills, with proficiency in financial analysis. • Familiarity with environmental rules and regulations, and the ability to read and understand technical documents. • Understanding of technical sales processes and strategies, including warm calling and market communication. Compensation: $75000 - $125,000 yearly
