In this role, you won't just be managing accounts; you’ll be a consultative partner to clients, helping them navigate complex regulatory landscapes while driving revenue for a market leader. Responsibilities: • Identify and acquire new customers while expanding revenue within existing accounts. • Prepare technical quotes and proposals, educating prospects on our diverse service lines and value-add offerings. • Conduct research to stay ahead of competitors and industry trends; attend trade shows to build the company's brand. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering long-term partnerships through frequent site visits and field engagement. • Maintain a deep understanding of OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations to ensure all solutions meet safety standards. • Utilize Salesforce CRM to track activities, manage your pipeline, and report performance metrics to senior leadership. Qualifications: Preferred Competencies • Ability to conduct jobsite "takeoffs" for project estimating and interpret technical documents. • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record in cold calling and high-level negotiations. • Understanding margin management, profitability tracking, and basic financial concepts. • Must be comfortable walking jobsites and standing for periods in various industrial environments. Compensation: $60,000+
