    We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Reliability Technician to join our team in Chatham, NY. This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance. You will work closely with plant engineers and other team members to enhance reliability and efficiency in a manufacturing environment.

    Shifts Available:

    • Swing Shift: Alternates weekly between 7 AM - 3 PM and 3 PM - 11 PM
    • Straight 3rd Shift

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Install and maintain auxiliary equipment to support production needs.
    • Perform proactive maintenance tasks, including FMEA, Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA), and Analytical Troubleshooting (ATS).
    • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and robotic equipment.
    • Conduct precision installations following OEM specifications.
    • Maintain and repair facility-related equipment under the guidance of the Plant Engineer.
    • Utilize shop tools such as lathes, drills, and milling machines.
    • Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematics.
    • Document all maintenance work for historical reference and future analysis.
    • Follow strict safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area.
    • Work independently and manage multiple tasks, including overtime and weekends as needed.

    Must-Have Qualifications:

    • Experience in an industrial maintenance role or military experience maintaining manufacturing equipment.
    • Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
    • Knowledge of lubrication principles and proper application methods.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, including experience with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
    • Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming.
    • Familiarity with AC and DC drives/motors.
    • Ability to weld and fabricate as needed.
    • Comfortable with physical tasks (e.g., using mechanical lifts, ladders, kneeling, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs).
