Industrial Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor

Oversee the coordination and execution of preventative maintenance program, performing troubleshooting and emergency maintenance, project management for equipment and facility related initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and troubleshoot malfunctions or equipment breakdowns
• Regularly assess all equipment and facilities and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage maintenance staff
• Knowledge of PLC programming

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required. Some college or trade school highly desired.
• Must have at least 5 years of work experience in maintenance and facilities, specifically equipment maintenance, to include electrical experience.
• Electrical certifications or license preferred
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Project management certification or experience preferred.
