We’re hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations. The Maintenance Technician will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including Extruders, Granulators, and related mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Candidates should have strong skills in PLC troubleshooting, machine repair, and root cause analysis. This position requires attention to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital part in keeping our facility and extrusion equipment running reliably and efficiently. With strong electrical and mechanical expertise, you’ll handle installations, preventive and predictive maintenance, and repairs across a variety of systems. Flexibility is key—you’ll collaborate closely with production and management teams, respond to urgent needs, and help ensure maximum machine uptime.

You are a highly skilled and adaptable maintenance professional with electrical and mechanical expertise. You thrive in hands-on environments, solving complex equipment challenges and optimizing machinery for maximum performance.

With strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, you work seamlessly with production, engineering, and vendors to ensure uptime, safety, and operational excellence. Flexibility and a proactive mindset allow you to respond effectively to urgent maintenance needs, including after-hours support.

You Have

Broad knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.

Knowledge of safety, security practices, and OSHA standards.

Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and process optimization.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and after-hours call-ins.

Highly organized with strong oral and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office; basic Excel skills preferred.
