We want YOU to join our industry-leading team in Taylor TX! We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a 1st shift role with strong pay, comprehensive benefits, and long-term stability.
Responsibilities
Perform welding, fabrication, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work under limited supervision.
Troubleshoot and repair CNC, PLC, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
Install and align production equipment, making electrical, air, and water connections as needed.
Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and emergency repairs.
Perform general facility maintenance including lighting, HVAC, and grounds upkeep.
Lead small projects and provide work direction to maintenance or custodial staff.
Maintain records of parts, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE.
Requirements
3+ years’ experience in industrial electrical systems.
3+ years’ welding/fabrication experience.
3+ years’ troubleshooting experience (hydraulic, mechanical, CNC, PLC).
Plumbing and HVAC knowledge a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and wear a respirator as needed.
Associate degree in a technical field (preferred).
