We want YOU to join our industry-leading team in Taylor TX! We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a 1st shift role with strong pay, comprehensive benefits, and long-term stability.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding, fabrication, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work under limited supervision.

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC, PLC, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment.

• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.

• Install and align production equipment, making electrical, air, and water connections as needed.

• Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and emergency repairs.

• Perform general facility maintenance including lighting, HVAC, and grounds upkeep.

• Lead small projects and provide work direction to maintenance or custodial staff.

• Maintain records of parts, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules.

• Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in industrial electrical systems.

• 3+ years’ welding/fabrication experience.

• 3+ years’ troubleshooting experience (hydraulic, mechanical, CNC, PLC).

• Plumbing and HVAC knowledge a plus.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and wear a respirator as needed.

• Associate degree in a technical field (preferred).
