Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This is a hands-on role requiring strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates should be capable of working independently after a structured training period.

Hourly: $30.00

Shift: 3rd Shift (8pm-4:30am)

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Install, modify, and assist with startup of production equipment.
• Support facility maintenance including HVAC, lighting, compressors, chillers, and other building systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs to minimize downtime.
• Assist with equipment improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work safely while following all company safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area.
• Coordinate with outside contractors when necessary.
• Accurately document maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related maintenance experience with a technical degree, or 8+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of PLCs and industrial sensors preferred.
• Comfortable working independently on 3rd shift after training.
• Willingness to work overtime, including occasional weekends.

Preferred Experience

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• Fanuc robots
• CNC machinery
• Mitsubishi PLCs
• Keyence safety systems and sensors
• Vision inspection systems
• Laser part detection systems
• SMC pneumatic valves and cylinders

Physical Requirements

• Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift throughout the shift.
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Work from scissor lifts or man lifts up to 35 feet.
• Work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, machinery, noise, and moving equipment.
