In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint and coatings to various industrial surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet our standards. Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed.
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired finishes.
• Use airless sprayer
• Apply paint using various techniques, including spray, brush, and roller.
• Inspect finished work for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and objectives.
• Perform routine maintenance on painting equipment and tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in painting or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as an industrial painter or similar role.
• Strong understanding of painting techniques and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations in an industrial setting.

Salary info:

$22 - $25 / hr
