Key Responsibilities

• Production Painting: Execute painting operations within a production setting, ensuring consistent and professional finishes.
• Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces through bodywork, sanding, buffing, and cleaning to achieve optimal paint adhesion.
• Equipment Operation: Utilize various paint application systems such as gravity-feed guns, pressure-fed systems, and specialized equipment like bedliner applicators.
• Mixing & Application: Accurately mix paints following manufacturer specifications and apply them uniformly.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor work to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness in both the workspace and equipment.
• Shift Flexibility: Adapt to multiple shifts and collaborate with team members to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in production painting within a manufacturing or automotive environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with different types of paints and painting techniques; experienced with bodywork and surface preparation.
