Position Overview

We are seeking skilled Industrial Painters to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for preparing and applying coatings to a variety of metal components, including small truck parts and large platform assemblies. Ideal candidates have experience with industrial painting equipment and strong attention to detail .

Shift Options

• 2nd Shift: Typically 4:30 PM – 2:30 AM (may vary between 4:00 PM – 2:00/2:15 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform surface preparation including sanding, grinding, and cleaning of metal components
• Apply paint and coatings using cup guns and pressure pot systems
• Ensure proper coverage, finish quality, and adherence to specifications
• Inspect finished products for defects and touch up as needed
• Maintain painting equipment and keep work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in industrial or automotive painting preferred
• Experience with surface prep tools (grinders, sanders, etc.)
• Familiarity with cup guns, spray systems, and pressure pots
• Ability to work with both small parts and large assemblies
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment (standing, lifting, etc.)
