Location: Colorado, Wyoming ($12/hr Per Diem offered)
Pay: $21-26 per hour, depending on experience
- Required: Two to five years of related experience and/or training , or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Job Responsibilities:
As an Industrial Pipe and Vessel Insulator, you will:
- Apply insulating material to industrial piping, instrumentation, tanks, and vessels.
- Work in diverse industrial settings, including Refineries, Oil and Gas Facilities, Power Plants, Food and Beverage, Water
- Treatment, etc.
- Install, replace, and repair industrial insulation materials, jacketing materials, covers, and blankets.
- Measure and cut insulation material to specified size and shape for covering flat or round surfaces.
- Transport equipment and materials to the worksite.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with coworkers and customers.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Additionally:
- Ability to work up to 60 hours per week.
- Valid driver's license and insurability.
- Successful completion of pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings. Knowledge and experience with industrial insulation materials, including Calcium Silicate, Mineral Wool, Fiberglass, Foam glass, and Aerogel.
Safety Qualifications/Certifications:
- OSHA 10 hours or greater.
- MSHA (encouraged).
- PEC Safeland (encouraged). Forklift Equipment Certification. Aerial Lift Equipment Certification.
