• Leverage power transmission expertise to understand and address client needs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Utilize CRM tools, particularly Sales Force, for effective sales management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in internal distribution sales, preferably in power transmission.
• Strong understanding of power transmission systems and components.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales turnover through effective follow-up.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, with specific experience in Sales Force.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role with a focus on bonus-driven performance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Chain knowledge would be a significant advantage.
• HS Diploma or GED Equivalent

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary: $45,000 - $55,000.
• Bonus structure based on sales turnover from follow-up.
