- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Utilize CRM tools, particularly Sales Force, for effective sales management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in internal distribution sales, preferably in power transmission.
- Strong understanding of power transmission systems and components.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales turnover through effective follow-up.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, with specific experience in Sales Force.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role with a focus on bonus-driven performance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Chain knowledge would be a significant advantage.
- HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary: $45,000 - $55,000.
- Bonus structure based on sales turnover from follow-up.
