- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the heavy engineering sector.

- Utilize technical expertise in chain and sprocket systems to understand and address client needs.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure seamless communication between sales and technical aspects of projects.
- Leverage remote/hybrid work setup, with proximity to Trussville as a preference.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the heavy engineering industry.
- Strong background in chain and sprocket systems.
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Sales Force and Sage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid remote setup, with occasional visits to the Trussville area.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous training or experience with CRM systems like Sales Force and Sage.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary: $60,000 - $70,000.
- Commission-based arrangement to reward successful sales performance.
