Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the heavy engineering sector.
• Drive sales initiatives and meet revenue targets through effective sales strategies.
• Utilize technical expertise in chain and sprocket systems to understand and address client needs.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure seamless communication between sales and technical aspects of projects.
• Leverage remote/hybrid work setup, with proximity to Trussville as a preference.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the heavy engineering industry.
• Strong background in chain and sprocket systems.
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Sales Force and Sage.
• Ability to work in a hybrid remote setup, with occasional visits to the Trussville area.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous training or experience with CRM systems like Sales Force and Sage.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• HS Diploma or GED Equivalent

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary: $60,000 - $70,000.
• Commission-based arrangement to reward successful sales performance.
