    Job Type: Full-time

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive new business growth while maintaining minimal responsibilities for overseeing current customers.
    • Utilize existing industry contacts and networks to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

    Requirements:

    • Proven track record of success in sales within the machining industry.
    • Established contacts and networks within the manufacturing sector.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining a high level of productivity.
    • Flexibility with working hours to accommodate customer needs and achieve performance targets.
