    Job Title: Operational Excellence Manager

    Location: Dallas, TX

    Salary: $150k - $155k + 25% annual bonus

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Serve as a change agent to help the company achieve its operational excellence goals
    • Work with senior management to develop and implement an operational excellence strategy that is aligned with the company’s business objectives
    • Lead and execute on process improvement initiatives using lean and six sigma methodologies
    • Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
    • Develop and track KPIs to measure progress and success of operational excellence initiatives
    • Provides assistance to Champions, functional departments, and business units in identifying, planning and implementing Lean and Six Sigma projects that tie strongly to business strategic priorities
    • Facilitate kaizen events and other collaborative problem-solving sessions
    • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget
    • Prepare reports and presentations for upper management on the status of operational excellence initiatives
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in operational excellence and share with team members
    • Serve as a role model for continuous improvement and positive change
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Required

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
    • 5+ years of experience in process improvement, leadership role or similar role
    • Proven track record of leading and implementing process improvements to execution
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • First leadership experience in a line manager function is preferred
    • Strong project management skills
    • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

    Education and Experience:

    • Master’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
    • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodology preferred
    • Experience with statistical analysis software, such as Minitab
    • Familiarity with manufacturing or production processes
    • Ability to travel 50-75%
