Job Summary:
We are seeking a Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for professional-level positions across the organization. This individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality hires through a structured, consultative recruiting approach while also supporting external talent engagement efforts. The ideal candidate brings strong recruiting experience, sound judgment, and a naturally engaging personality that helps build trust with candidates, hiring managers, and external talent networks.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for professional roles including intake, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring
priorities - Manage multiple requisitions while maintaining quality, urgency, and responsiveness
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders on candidate fit, market conditions, and
compensation alignment - Ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support recruiting events including job fairs, networking events, and industry/community hiring engagements
- Build and maintain relationships with external talent networks, professional associations, and community partners
Duties:
- Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates against role competencies and business needs
- Present qualified candidates with clear, well-structured summaries and recommendations
- Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure an efficient, positive experience for candidates and hiring teams
- Manage the offer process, including compensation discussions, negotiation, and candidate communication
- Attend job fairs, recruiting events, and networking opportunities to represent the
organization and engage talent - Maintain strong communication and alignment with hiring managers throughout the
recruiting process - Act as a professional and approachable representative of the company in all candidate and external interactions
- Support continuous improvement of interview and hiring practices through feedback and collaboration with leaders
