    We are looking for two Industrial Sales Representatives to join a rapidly expanding compressed air solutions company known for outstanding service, strong technical expertise, and a fun, supportive culture. With more than 30 team members and major investment in our air compressor division, we’re positioned for explosive growth — and these new hires will play a key role in elevating our Sioux Falls territory to the next level.

    What You’ll Do

    • Build a thriving territory through high-volume activity: cold calls, door knocks, follow-ups, and on-site customer visits.

    • Evaluate customer equipment, uncover problems, and recommend solutions that genuinely work.

    • Sell equipment, service, and parts — with ~2/3 of revenue coming from preventive service and repairs.

    • Prepare quotes, secure purchase orders, and hand off jobs to the operations and technician teams.

    • Manage your pipeline using Fieldservio and plan your weekly schedule every Friday.

    • Partner with a seasoned group of 3 technicians and an operational lead based in Sioux Falls.

    • Become a trusted advisor to manufacturing facilities across the region.
