Position Summary Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant sewing experience in a factory or manufacturing setting. Formal sewing education may be substituted for work experience.
Experience in the operation of single needle, double needle, and bar tack machines.
Ability to read and understand orders with pictures and or written instructions.
Must work overtime when required.
Must be willing to receive cross training with the goal of performing multiple tasks.
Must be able to lift 10 LBS.
All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Previous experience as a team lead in a production/manufacturing environment.
Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office - Excel, Teams, Outlook
