Responsibilities:

Work in HQMS to organize, classify, and maintain controlled documents and folders in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Partner with document owners to review, update, and approve documentation changes.

Verify that documents accurately reflect current processes and procedures in the manufacturing environment.

Assist in process verification and documentation audits as needed.

Support customer claim investigations by collecting and validating relevant records and reports.

Identify opportunities to streamline documentation workflows and improve system organization.

Technical & Industry Experience:

2–3 years of quality inspection experience Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field

Hands-on experience with electronic document management systems (HQMS, SharePoint, or equivalent platforms).

Experience using ERP systems like Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365

Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality management standards.

Experience supporting process verification activities, internal audits, or customer claim investigations preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage large document databases.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with document owners and cross- functional departments (engineering, production, and quality).

Must be able to use MS Word and Excel to submit documents and reports within the time specified (usually within 24 hours after job completion)

Ability to work well in independent and group problem-solving situations

Ability to maintain a positive, professional disposition when adapting to occasional disruptions and unexpected events

Flexibility in scheduling
