Job Description

Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Industrial Store Warehouse/Purchasing Team Member position. The Industrial Store Warehouse/Purchasing Team Member is responsible for accomplishing all shipping and receiving on a daily basis and to maintain the warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Prepares all items to be shipped on a daily basis
• Notifies appropriate parties of shipments received
• Places all items received for stock into their appropriate locations on a daily basis
• Monitor and maintain accurate and appropriate inventory levels and places orders when necessary
• Coordinate cycle counts and rental inventory in branch location
• Educates staff on inventory accuracy and reduction of human errors
• Maintains the warehouse area in a neat and orderly fashion
• Properly receives all items shipped to the company on a daily basis
• Adhere to all established procedures, policies and safety rules
• Daily deliveries and hotshots to customer sites.
• Perform other tasks as assigned or needed

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Ability to accurately enter data into computer and acquire a working knowledge of any software applications applicable to the position
• Good organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Basic mathematics skills
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. on an occasional basis
• Valid Driver's License
