    Industrial Tooling & Supply, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machine Tool Territory Salesman to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

    Responsibilities:

    As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for servicing existing customers, generating leads, and closing new business. The candidate must be a motivated self-starter, possess strong communication skills, have a high degree of personal integrity and be driven for success. Other responsibilities include:

    Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.

    Prospect and contact potential customers.

    Create annual business plans and sales strategies for the territory to meet company sales goals and profitability.

    Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.

    Support the services we offer, including vending to provide customer support for opportunities to achieve growth and reach cost savings goals.

    Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.

    Continuously possess and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the machine tool industry and product lines represented by the company.

    ​Qualifications:

    Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields.

    Familiarity with CRM platforms.

    Well rounded proficiency across broad range of metalworking applications.

    Ability to build relationships with clients.

    Ability to sell value versus price.

    Strong negotiation skills.

    Great planning and organizational skills.

    Deadline and detail oriented.

    Managing project profitability.

    Ability to travel.

    Proficient with MS Office platforms.

    Must have clean driving record.
