    POSITION REQUIREMENTS

    We are looking for people who:

    • Have 10+ years of relevant administrative experience.
    • Have 5+ years of experience working in a B2B environment utilizing a CRM. Experience in various levels of CRM system administration would be preferred.

    • Have a sharp focus on their goals and a belief that their daily, weekly and monthly activities will help achieve them.

    DESCRIPTION

    As a Sales Operations Administrator at ITI you will ensure that the sales department runs efficiently, so that our sales reps can maximize their time working with our customers. Reporting to our VP of Sales, using strong communication skills and a high level of detail-orientation, you will serve in a supporting role and liaison for our Sales Department with their customers and other ITI departments. In this role you’ll get to:

    • Serve as a liaison between our Sales and Operations Departments, and often with the Customer, to ensure order information is up-to-date and accurate for fulfillment.
    • Interface with our Administration Department to ensure customer contracts are executed in a timely fashion.
    • Ensure data quality is maintained in our CRM (customer relationship manager) enabling all ITI departments to view correct information.
    • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future.

    Compensation for this role entails salary of $45,000 to $55,000 depending on experience. All ITI compensation assumes the team member is based in the Portland, OR metro area, or Houston, TX metro area. Candidates outside of these metro areas may have differing pay rates based on their location. In addition to pay, this position is eligible for ITI benefits including healthcare, 401(k) (up to 10% company-match), PTO, and Restricted Stock Units awards.
