Job Description
The Transaction Manager (“TM”) supports the brokerage team in coordinating all aspects of industrial commercial real estate transactions. This role ensures smooth communication between clients (landlords, tenants, and developers) and internal departments such as marketing, research, and finance. The TM acts as an organizational hub, streamlining communication, documentation, and process execution, enabling brokers to focus on high-level strategy and negotiations. This role ensures the efficiency of lease transactions and enhances the overall client experience. The TM will also provide general administrative and operational support to the team, as necessary.
This is a highly visible role within a performance-driven culture. The ideal candidate combines a working knowledge of commercial real estate transaction mechanics with exceptional organizational skills, a proactive service mindset, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent deals in a fast-paced environment.
