    What You'll Actually Do Be the Sales Team's Secret Weapon Jump into deals as the industry expert who uncovers hidden opportunities and demonstrates deep understanding of sector-specific challenges and regulations.

    Shape Go-to-Market Strategy Work with Strategy and Marketing to craft messaging that resonates with your industry. Turn generic platform talk into compelling, relevant business cases.

    Own the Stage Represent Tungsten at major industry events, building market presence and showcasing solutions that matter to your vertical.

    Build Partner Power Connect with channel partners who have industry expertise, helping them develop solutions and amplify the sales motion.

    Educate and Elevate Train sales teams and partners on industry trends, terminology, and use cases that close deals. Make everyone fluent in what matters most.

    Drive Thought Leadership Create content, whitepapers, and presentations that position Tungsten as the trusted automation expert in your space.

    Bridge Strategy and Execution Work with Product Management and executives to align platform development with real industry needs.

    The base salary range for this role, across the US, is $135,000 - $245,000. Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must have prior experience in sales.   The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill, and/or abilities required.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

    • At least 2-5 years of sales work experience.
    • A high school diploma or equivalent.
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Internet. 
    • Able to read and comprehend manuals, procedures, and other written documents written in English.

    DRIVING REQUIREMENTS

    • Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record with minimal traffic violations.
    • Must be 21 years of age to drive a company vehicle.
    • Able and willing to travel to customer sites.
    • Able and willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
    • Able and willing to do overnight travel when required.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • A college degree and industry experience is preferred.

    WORKING CONDITIONS

    While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently exposed to fumes, airborne particles and toxic chemicals including lead products and fiberglass products.  The employee is occasionally exposed to risk of electrical shock, outside weather conditions, extreme cold and extreme heat and vibration.  The noise level in the environment is moderate and occasionally may be loud.  Employees working in this position are tested periodically throughout the year for the level of lead in their blood.
