About the Role:
Join Aladdin's Castle Learning Center, Inc. as an Infant Caregiver, where nurturing young minds is our passion! We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide exceptional care and support to our infants in a warm and loving environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive and loving care to infants aged 4 weeks to 6 months.
Monitor and document daily activities, feeding, and developmental milestones.
Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment for infants.
Engage infants in age-appropriate activities to promote development.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress.
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality care and education.
Assist in diapering, feeding, and napping routines.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and center policies.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in early childhood education preferred.
Previous experience in infant care or childcare settings is a plus.
Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic demeanor with a passion for child development.
Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and evenings.
Background check clearance required.
Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
