This position requires a soft heart, gentle communication with families, as well as active hands-on work in a positive, exciting way with the littlest of littles. This position requires diaper changing, standing for long periods of time while holding up to a 30-pound child, and constant supervision. You would work closely with other teachers to see out activities during each afternoon.
