About the Role:

Join Kids 'R' Kids Keller as an Infant Lead, where you will play a vital role in nurturing and developing our youngest learners. We are dedicated to providing a safe, engaging, and educational environment for infants, and we are looking for passionate individuals to help us achieve this mission.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the care and development of infants in our facility.

Prepare and implement age-appropriate activities that promote growth and learning.

Maintain a safe and clean environment for infants and staff.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and needs.

Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality care and education.

Monitor and document children's development and milestones.

Provide emotional support and comfort to infants during transitions.

Stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with infants in a childcare setting.

Strong understanding of child development principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Passion for nurturing and educating young children.

Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
