About the Role:

Join our nurturing team at Kids 'R' Kids Keller as an Infant Lead Teacher, where you will inspire and cultivate the minds of our youngest learners aged 6 to 12 months. This is an exciting opportunity to create a warm and engaging environment that fosters growth and development in infants.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for infants.

Provide a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for all children.

Monitor and assess each child's progress and developmental milestones regularly.

Communicate effectively with parents about their child's growth and daily activities.

Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a cohesive learning atmosphere.

Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and company policies.

Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff.

Requirements:

A minimum of Two Years Experience as a lead teacher in a licensed facility is required

Current CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for early childhood education and child development.

Ability to create a nurturing and supportive learning environment.

Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
