About the Role:

Join our passionate team at Kids 'R' Kids Keller as an Infant Lead Teacher for children aged 6 to 12 months. This is an exciting opportunity to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for our youngest learners, fostering their growth and development through engaging activities.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans.

Provide a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for infants.

Observe and assess children's developmental milestones and progress.

Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and daily activities.

Supervise and engage with infants during playtime and activities.

Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and behavior.

Collaborate with other teachers to ensure a cohesive learning experience.

Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

Must have a high school diploma or GED

At least 2 years of experience working as a lead teacher in a childcare setting.

Strong communication skills and a nurturing demeanor.

Ability to implement engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.

Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.

Passion for early childhood education and fostering a love for learning.

Must pass background checks and meet state licensing requirements.
